New Generation Wellness has a rich history dating back to 1924, when the founders of our parent company started cultivating, drying, and hand encapsulating fruits and vegetables – the early sources of vitamin and mineral supplements. We ventured into pharmaceuticals and by the 1940s, we were a registered FDA pharmaceutical manufacturer. In response to the increasing demand for private label supplements in specialty natural products stores, we established the Vitamer Labs division in 1975. With its success, another division – VitaCeutical Labs – was formed to cater to the growing need for premium private label natural supplements in pharmacies and grocery stores. Today, 100 years later, our commitment to natural wellness and exceptional quality remains top priority.

Kyle Brown, MBA
CEO

Carrying on his great-grandfather and great-uncle’s vision of improving the health of people around the world, Kyle began his career at New Generation Wellness in 1995 as a production associate. He worked his way through most every position in the company before becoming president in 2006. Today, as CEO, Kyle is driven to foster a team and family environment for both our internal and external partners.

Chris Limer, MBA, CPA
President – Dietary Supplements
Since joining our company in 1998, Chris has held a variety of roles including Corporate Controller and Executive Vice President. As the current President of Dietary Supplements, he oversees all operations, sales, and marketing. Chris combines his keen eye for the bottom line with a deep understanding of our customers’ needs to deliver exceptional service and value.

Elliott Lalasz, MBA
Vice President – Marketing & Sales

Elliott joined our company in 2010, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge in data analysis and market research. He has worked closely with multiple departments throughout the organization, providing valuable insights into production efficiencies, labor variances, competitive pricing, and market trends. As our VP of Marketing & Sales, Elliott leads our team with a passion for data analytics and a customer centric vision, creating value and driving growth for our customers.

Allan Wilson, MBA
Vice President – Product Development

Allan began his career with the company in 1994 and has held various roles, including involvement in new business ventures, product lines, operations, manufacturing, and sales. He now leads our product development department, focused on expanding our product lines and creating new business opportunities. Allan and his team are passionate about pursuing long-term growth and developing innovative solutions for our customers.

Maria T Joaquin, MST, CPA
Corporate Controller
Maria joined our company in 2008 bringing knowledge from her public accounting and manufacturing industry background. As corporate controller, she oversees the accounting department and works closely with multiple departments to ensure the accuracy of financial data and to provide insight and analysis on department expenditures, costing and manufacturing variances. She is dedicated in providing timely and accurate financial data to ensure we provide our customers with the best value.

Steve Wychulis
Director Of Human Resources
Steve has more than 25 years of experience, having served in the Contract Medical Device Manufacturing, Financial Remittance, Municipal Government and Telecom Industries.  Throughout his professional journey, he has successfully implemented strategies pertaining to onboarding, training and development, total compensation, and succession planning. As the Director of Human Resources, Steve brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record, ensuring the implementation of effective HR practices and fostering a productive and engaged workforce.

Ed McClintock
Director of Operations
Ed joined our company in 2021, having spent the previous 18 years in the biopharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries.  In that time, Ed held positions of increasing responsibility in operations, engineering, compliance, and scheduling.  Ed brings a collaborative approach to his leadership along with LEAN manufacturing principles to drive a continuous improvement philosophy to the operations at NGW.

Rhonda Yeater
Director of Quality
Rhonda has been in the quality department in various roles since 2007. As the Director of Quality, Rhonda oversees the Quality Assurance Operations, the in-house Analytical Laboratory and ensures compliance with all applicable regulations for the production and labeling of Dietary Supplements. Rhonda has over 25 years of experience in the Dietary Supplement industry, and she leads a team of dedicated professionals working diligently to ensure we provide safe and high-quality products.

Carlos Torres, MBA
Director of Information Systems & Innovation
Carlos joined our company in 2005 and has since held various leadership positions in the IT department. As the current Director of Information Systems and Innovation, he leads and manages the development and implementation of innovative solutions that enhance our business performance and customer satisfaction. With over 15 years of experience managing IT infrastructure, projects, and teams. He brings his vision and expertise to every challenge and opportunity he faces.

Rocio Maciel
Product Marketing Manager

Rocio joined the company in 2010, holding various roles such as production coordinator and market analyst. As our Product Marketing Manager, Rocio is responsible for conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to gain an understanding of our customers’ needs. Leveraging her insights, Rocio creates and delivers marketing collateral that highlights the quality and features of our offerings, helping our customers build their brand name.
